PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE
1. ExecUlion of the Agreement By
AQ:ency and City.
First Phase
2. Approval - Firsl Phase Plans - First
Phase. The City shall approve the
Stage I and Stage II Design Review
for the First Phase.
3. Approval - Construction Pennirs ­
First Phase. The City shall respond
with plan check corrections (initial
or back-check) and approve the
Building Pennits (including
structural steel, foundation, shell
and core, grading, and tenant
improvements, together or
separately).
4. Completion - First Phase.
Participant shall complete
construc(ion of First Phase.
Additional Phases of Development
5. Notification of Development of
Additional Phases. Participant shall
provide nOlice to Agency of
Participant's intent to proceed with
development of additional phases of
the Project as authorized under the
provisions of this Agreement.
6. Exercise of Option to Proceed with
Additional Phases. Participant shall
provide notice to the Agency of
Participant's election to exercise its
option to proceed with the
additional developmem of the Site.
ATIACHMENT 4
SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE
Within fifteen (15) days after approval
of this Agreement by the Glendale City
Council.
By City within ten (l0) working days
after receipt of complete plans by City.
By City within ten (10) working days
after receipt of complete plans (or
responses to corrections) by City.
Five (5) years after the Effective Dale
of this Agreement, unless extended
pursuant to Section 608 of this
Agreement.
Within tcn (10) years of Ihe Effeclive
Dale of this Agreement.
Within fifteen (15) years of the
Effective Dale of this Agreement in
accordance with Section 111 of this
Agreement.
