Receiving the Clear The signal generator responds to a clear message by presetting the
Message instrument. The preset conditions are different depending on which
language is selected. The following table shows the differences
between a clear message in the compatibility language and a *RST in
SCPI. The parameters for the HP 8656B and HP 8657A/B are shown
for comparison.
