Once the <strong>HP</strong> Service Support Software window is displayed,<br />

1. Select the Run button to start the automated tests or adjustments<br />

displayed in the Selected Tests box.<br />

The software steps through the tests or adjustments sequentially.<br />

2. Follow the instructions displayed on the PC monitor.<br />

Ea<strong>ch</strong> automated performance test or adjustment is described in<br />

detail in Chapter 7 or Chapter 8. These description compliment the<br />

instructions provided by the software.<br />

Reviewing the Test and Adjustment Results<br />

Once the tests have finished running, you will want to review the<br />

results of the tests. The <strong>HP</strong> Service Support Software window<br />

displays the DUT model number and serial number, the selected tests,<br />

the results of the selected test, and the current test information. Six<br />

buttons, whi<strong>ch</strong> are used to control the testing, are also displayed..<br />

The Selected Tests box displays the name of the selected tests, the<br />

pass-fail status (P/F) of ea<strong>ch</strong> test that has been run, the total number<br />

of points that ea<strong>ch</strong> test <strong>ch</strong>ecks, and the number of points that passed<br />

and failed for ea<strong>ch</strong> test. The pass-fail status indicates a failure if any<br />

point in that test fails.<br />
