Recommended Test Equipment<br />
The test equipment recommended for the performance verification and<br />
adjustment procedures is listed below. If the exact instrument is not<br />
available, substitute calibration standards of equivalent accuracy.<br />
A suggested alternate method would be to use the <strong>Agilent</strong> 3458A<br />
8½-digit Digital Multimeter to measure less accurate yet stable sources.<br />
The output value measured from the source can be entered into the<br />
instrument as the target calibration value.<br />
