gr Sodium salicylate had palpitation, delirium, tinnitus, visual and auditory hallucinations,
restlessness, flushed, morbilliform rash, sweating, dilated pupils, insomnia, tachycardia
and tachypnoea.

respirations, weakness and dark green urine; after 15 gr Aspirin. Positive rechallenge.
52. Dockray JS. Some toxic effects of Aspirin. BMJ. 1905; Dec. 30 th : 1692 - 3,. Single case
with some bizarre symptoms: tinnitus, drowsiness, numbness of gums, tongue and
pharynx; dysphagia, choking sensation, numbness over whole body, slight ptosis,
restlessness, swollen face, yellow vision and ear problems. Dose of aspirin = 10gr 3
hourly.
