Print out or write out the list of qualities (see “Handouts”), ideally on small
pieces of sticky paper or sticky notes. You need a complete set for each small
group.
Make a large cardboard or paper cut-out of a woman and one of a man. If
you have more than 12 participants, you may need to make more figures.
Make sure that you have enough space for the groups to work around their
figure.
