Print out or write out the list of qualities (see “Handouts”), ideally on small<br />

pieces of sticky paper or sticky notes. You need a complete set <strong>for</strong> each small<br />

group.<br />

Make a large cardboard or paper cut-out of a woman and one of a man. If<br />

you have more than 12 participants, you may need to make more figures.<br />

Make sure that you have enough space <strong>for</strong> the groups to <strong>work</strong> around their<br />

figure.<br />

A list of qualities <strong>for</strong> each cut-out<br />

Flipchart and marker pens.<br />
