Preparation<br />

You will need nine different photographs <strong>for</strong> each small group of four to five<br />

people. Try to select photographs showing different cultural realities in the<br />

<strong>Euro</strong>-<strong>Mediterranean</strong> region, some reflecting positive experiences, others more<br />

negative. You can use the same set of photographs <strong>for</strong> each group (photocopied)<br />

or select different ones.<br />

Draw the diamond-ranking diagram (see “Handouts” below) or arrange a set<br />

of photographs so they are visible to everyone (by way of example).<br />
