10. The PROPID number appearing on all returned survey forms was also entered into an Access<br />

database table. After the survey response database table was created for a given study site,<br />

the PROPID from each survey was cross-checked by the project team with the PROPID in<br />

the historic water use database table to assure an exact match.<br />

11. Once the survey database table for a given study site was created, certain response columns<br />

were checked for the absence or presence of certain types of data entry errors. For example,<br />

the record for a year of construction had to fall within a reasonable range.<br />

12. Senior team researchers (Dr. Thomas Miller, <strong>and</strong> William DeOreo, P.E.) <strong>and</strong> team statistician<br />

Dr. Peter Bickel reviewed all analyses presented in this report as well as the statistical<br />

methods employed.<br />

13. A significant peer review process was created enabling the final report to be reviewed by the<br />

project manager, the PAC, the POC, <strong>and</strong> an independent peer review panel of experts.<br />

Recommended modifications, additions, <strong>and</strong> changes from these reviewers were incorporated<br />

into the final report.<br />
