The average water use by <strong>billing</strong> type for the manager survey respondents is shown in<br />

Figure 5.6, <strong>and</strong> the differences in water use compared to in-rent are shown in Figure 5.7. Water<br />

use in submetered properties was significantly lower than in in-rent properties, but no<br />

statistically significant differences were observed between RUBS properties <strong>and</strong> in-rent<br />

properties, or between hot water hybrid properties <strong>and</strong> in-rent properties (see Table 5.10).<br />
