Midterm
Description/Source Information
Number of credit hours for which the student is taking the
class.
Student’s midterm grade, if entered and available for display
on the Web.
If no grade has been entered and midterm grades are allowed
to be entered on the Web, the word Enter is displayed as a
hyperlink to the Mid Term Grades page
(bwlkfmgd.P_FacMidGrd).
Note: Role-based security restricts the display of grade
information in the same manner as if accessed via the
menu.
Final
Student’s final grade, if entered and available for display on
the Web.
If no grade has been entered and final grades are allowed to
be entered on the Web, the word Enter is displayed as a
hyperlink to the Final Grades page
(bwlkffgd.P_FacFinGrd).

information in the same manner as if accessed via the
menu.
Grade Detail
Class List Email Listing
If grade detail has been defined for the registration, the word
Available is displayed as a hyperlink to the Component
Grade Detail page (bwsksmrk.p_write_grade_detail).
To the right of this field, an e-mail icon is displayed so that
the instructor can contact the student via e-mail. The e-mail
address of the student is retrieved based on the e-mail type
that is marked as preferred, active, and available for Web
display on the E-mail Address Form (GOAEMAL) for that
student.
Text box displaying all students’ e-mail addresses. This field
is displayed only if the user clicks the Display Email List
button. The user can copy this list and paste it into one of the
e-mail client’s “to” lists (preferably BCC to protect student
confidentiality).
