4. When the Select Term page (bwlkostm.P_FacSelTerm) is displayed, select the term
for which you want to view your advisees.
Note
If you have previously selected a term, the system uses that term and
does not display the Select Term page. You can change the term using
the Term Selection link on the Faculty Services menu.

5. The system displays the Advisee Listing page (bwlkadvr.P_DispAdvisees) with the
list of advisees assigned to you for the selected term.
Send an E-mail to All of Your Advisees
1. Access the Advisee Listing page (bwlkadvr.P_DispAdvisees) as described in the
“View a List of Advisees” on page 7-74.
2. Select the Email Your Advisees link.
The system launches a new e-mail in your e-mail program with all advisees for whom
e-mail addresses have been entered in Banner as the recipients.
3. Compose and send the e-mail as usual.
View an Advisee’s Test Scores
1. Access Faculty and Advisor Self-Service.
2. On the Faculty Services menu, select the Student Information Menu link.
3. On the Student Information menu, select the Test Scores link.
4. When the Select Term page (bwlkostm.P_FacSelTerm) is displayed, select the term
for which you want to view an advisee’s test scores.
If you have previously selected a term, the system uses that term and does not display
the Select Term page. You can change the term using the Term Selection link on the
Faculty Services menu.
5. When the Student and Advisee ID Selection page (bwlkoids.P_FacIDSel) is
displayed, select the student following standard procedures.
If you have previously selected a term, the system uses that term and does not display
the Select Term page. You can change the term using the ID Selection link on the
Faculty Services menu.
6. The system displays the Test Scores page (bwlktest.P_FacDispTest) for the
selected student.
