8. Select the Back to Subcomponents link to return to the Electronic Gradebook by
Component subcomponent page.
9. Select the Back to Components link to return to the Electronic Gradebook by
Component page.
Enter Grades for a Student
The following procedure explains how to enter all class grades for a student.
1. Select the Electronic Gradebook for a Student link from the Student Information
menu.
2. If the system displays the Select Term page (bwlkostm.P_FacSelTerm), select the
term from the Select a Term pull-down list, then select the Submit button.
3. If the system displays the Select a CRN page (bwlkocrn.P_FacCrnSel), select the
CRN from the CRN pull-down list, then select the Submit button.
4. When the system displays the Electronic Gradebook for a Student ID Selection page
(bwlkegrb.P_FacIDDispShrmrks), enter the student’s Banner ID in the Student ID
field, then select the Submit button.
5. When the system displays the Electronic Gradebook for a Student page
(bwlkegrb.P_FacIDShrmrksProc), complete the Component Marks section of the
form.
6. Select the Submit button.
7. If a component has subcomponents, select the View link in the Subcomponents
column to enter subcomponent grades.
8. When the system displays the Electronic Gradebook for a Student subcomponent
entry page (bwlkegrb.P_FacIDShrsmrkProc), complete the Component Marks
section of the form.
9. Select the Submit button.
10. Select the Back to Component link to return to the Electronic Gradebook for a
Student page.
