(c) Uses Permitted under Prescribed Conditions. The following uses are<br />
permitted provided that they meet all requirements <strong>of</strong> this section, Article 6, and all<br />
other applicable requirements established in these <strong>regulations</strong>.<br />

(2) Auxiliary uses and wares<br />
(3) Commercial parking lots<br />
(4) Communication facilities, including radio and television stations, cellular<br />
telephone facilities, towers, etc.<br />
(5) Contractors, building residential construction with open storage <strong>of</strong> materials,<br />
(6) Contractors, special trades-electricians, plumbers, etc. with open storage <strong>of</strong><br />
materials<br />
