Sec. 18-213.3 South 17th Street/Independence Boulevard Corridor Regulations
In addition to the general and specific regulations imposed by this chapter on the use
of property in the South 17th Street Study Area (the boundaries are shown, map 1.
study area boundary, in the South 17th Street Land Use Plan Update) approved by the
Wilmington City Council on June 3, 1997 (hereinafter "Land Use Plan Update");
generally the area is bounded by Shipyard Boulevard, South 17th Street Extension,
