Sec. 18-213.3 South 17th Street/Independence Boulevard Corridor Regulations<br />

In addition to the general and specific <strong>regulations</strong> imposed by this chapter on the use<br />

<strong>of</strong> property in the South 17th Street Study Area (the boundaries are shown, map 1.<br />

study area boundary, in the South 17th Street Land Use Plan Update) approved by the<br />

<strong>Wilmington</strong> <strong>City</strong> Council on June 3, 1997 (hereinafter "Land Use Plan Update");<br />

generally the area is bounded by Shipyard Boulevard, South 17th Street Extension,<br />
