<strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Wilmington</strong><br />
(1) Automotive services, except repair and towing service<br />
(2) Automobile renting and leasing<br />
(3) Auxiliary uses and wares<br />
(4) Bowling alleys and pool halls<br />
(5) Child day care<br />
(6) Commercial parking lots<br />
(7) Governmental uses outside public right-<strong>of</strong>-way, except <strong>of</strong>fices<br />
(8) Group home supportive, large and medium-<br />
(9) Guest lodging<br />
(10) Libraries<br />
(11) Mini warehousing<br />
(12) Mixed use buildings<br />
(13) Motion pictures production and distribution<br />
(14) Multi-family including townhouse and limited single family detached<br />
development in the O&I, CB and RB <strong>district</strong>s<br />
(15) Religious institutions<br />
(16) Residential unit contained within principal use<br />
(17) Service stations<br />
(18) Shopping centers<br />
(19) Skating rink, ice or roller<br />
(20) Telecommunication facilities, unattended<br />
(21) Tire dealers and service<br />
(22) Utility stations and plants outside public rights-<strong>of</strong>-way (public and private)<br />
including lift stations, substations, pump stations, etc.<br />
(d) Permitted by Special Use Permit. The following uses are permitted subject to<br />
the issuance <strong>of</strong> a special use permit and provided that they meet all requirements <strong>of</strong><br />
this section, Article 6, and all other applicable requirements established in the <strong>City</strong><br />
code.<br />
(1) Group day facility<br />
(2) Group home supportive, small<br />
(3) Group home residential<br />
(e) Permitted Accessory Uses. Accessory uses clearly incidental and subordinate<br />
to the principal use including the following are permitted provided that they meet all<br />
requirements <strong>of</strong> this section, the requirements <strong>of</strong> Article 6 and all other applicable<br />
requirements established in these <strong>regulations</strong>.<br />
(1) Internal services facilities incidental to permitted uses, including cafeterias,<br />
day care facilities, snack bars, and similar retail activities, conducted solely<br />
for the convenience <strong>of</strong> employees, or occasional visitors, provided any<br />
signage for such facilities is not visible beyond the premises<br />
(2) Kennels, private<br />
