(d) Uses Permitted under Prescribed Conditions. The following uses are<br />
permitted provided that they meet all requirements <strong>of</strong> this section, Article 6, and all<br />
other applicable requirements established in these <strong>regulations</strong>.<br />
(1) Auxiliary uses and wares<br />
(2) Bowling alleys and pool halls<br />
(3) Commercial parking lots<br />
(4) Communication facilities, including radio and TV stations, cellular<br />
telephone facilities, towers, etc<br />
(5) Contractor’s storage yard<br />
(6) Contractors, special trades-electricians, plumbers, etc. with open storage <strong>of</strong><br />
materials<br />
(7) Furniture and other home furnishings store<br />
(8) Governmental uses outside public rights-<strong>of</strong>-way<br />
(9) Group home supportive, large<br />
(10) Group home supportive, medium<br />
(11) Kennel, commercial boarders and breeders<br />
(12) Mini-warehousing<br />
(13) Mixed use buildings<br />
(14) Religious institutions<br />
(15) Residential unit contained within a primary use<br />
(16) Service stations<br />
(17) Shopping center<br />
(18) Skating rink, roller and ice<br />
(19) Telecommunication facility, unattended<br />
(20) Tire dealers and service<br />
(21) Utility stations and plants outside public rights-<strong>of</strong>-way (public and private)<br />
including lift stations, substations, pump stations, etc<br />
(22) Warehousing, general<br />
(23) Wholesale trade<br />
(e) Permitted by Special Use Permit. The following uses are permitted subject to<br />
the issuance <strong>of</strong> a special use permit and provided that they meet all requirements <strong>of</strong><br />
this section, Article 6, and all other applicable requirements established in these<br />
<strong>regulations</strong>.<br />
(1) Group day facility<br />
(2) Group home residential<br />
(3) Group home supportive, small<br />
(f) Permitted Accessory Uses. Accessory uses clearly incidental and subordinate<br />
to the principal use and structures including the following uses, are permitted<br />
