(e) Uses Permitted by Right. The following uses are permitted by right in the<br />
Airport Industrial District (AI), provided that they meet all requirements <strong>of</strong> this<br />
section and all other applicable requirements established in these <strong>regulations</strong>:<br />

(3) Automobile parts and supply store<br />
(4) Automobile renting and leasing<br />

(18) Fruit and vegetable market, wholesale with incidental retail<br />
