(14) . Residential garages and accessory structures. Only rear or side yard<br />
siting is permitted. The scale <strong>of</strong> the freestanding garage or accessory structure shall<br />
not be greater than fifty (50) percent <strong>of</strong> the primary structure in massing and scale.<br />
(15) Additional treatments. HVAC equipment, air conditioning window<br />
units, and other electrical equipment shall not be located on facades with street<br />
frontage. All such equipment shall be placed in the interior yards or on the ro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> the<br />
building and screened from the right-<strong>of</strong>-way. Through-wall mechanical units are<br />
permitted on any facade if they are incorporated into the design <strong>of</strong> the building, flush<br />
with the facade on which they are located, concealed by a vent cover and have an<br />
internal drip system for condensation. Utility meters, transformers and fixed trash<br />
disposal receptacles which cannot be located out <strong>of</strong> sight shall be screened.<br />
(e)Uses Permitted by Right. The following uses are permitted provided that they<br />
meet all requirements <strong>of</strong> this section and all other applicable requirements established<br />
in these <strong>regulations</strong>.<br />
(1) Amusement and recreation services, indoor<br />
(2) Artists, commercial including silk screening<br />
(3) Assembly halls<br />
(4) Automobile and truck dealers, new and used<br />
(5) Automobile parts and supply store<br />
(6) Automobile renting and leasing<br />
(7) Banking<br />
(8) Bus and taxi service<br />
(9) Business services<br />
(10) Chimney and furnace cleaning<br />
(11) Contractor’s <strong>of</strong>fice,<br />
(12) Contractor’s equipment and supply dealers and service, no open storage <strong>of</strong><br />
materials<br />
(13) Contractors, special trades-electricians, plumbers, etc. with no open storage<br />
<strong>of</strong> materials<br />
(14) Convenience food stores<br />
(15) Divers, commercial<br />
(16) Exterminating services-dwellings and other buildings<br />
(17) Fruit and vegetable market, wholesale with incidental retail<br />
(18) Fuel and ice dealers<br />
(19) Gun sales, including repair<br />
(20) Janitor services<br />
(21) Liquor stores<br />
(22) Marina<br />
(23) Medical <strong>of</strong>fices<br />
(24) Motels and hotels<br />
(25) Motorcycle dealers<br />
