7.5 Attachments Required <strong>for</strong> a Special Well Spacing Application<br />

Table 7.1 provides a list of common attachment types related to a spacing application. The<br />

EAS system will prompt <strong>for</strong> m<strong>and</strong>atory attachments, which depend on the type of spacing<br />

application being filed <strong>and</strong> on selections made on the spacing <strong>for</strong>ms.<br />

The content in each attachment must represent the attachment type <strong>and</strong> associated<br />

description; otherwise the application will be closed.<br />
