c) estimates of the present <strong>and</strong> the expected<br />

future rate of drainage of your reserves in<br />

the absence of the common purchaser<br />

order, together with the details of how the<br />

estimates were obtained.<br />

8) A discussion of<br />

a) the opportunities that have existed <strong>for</strong> the<br />

marketing of gas or oil produced from<br />

your property, including documentation<br />

showing your attempts to obtain a market<br />

<strong>for</strong> your gas or oil, <strong>and</strong><br />

b) the future prospects <strong>for</strong> marketing the<br />

gas or oil.<br />

You should have made substantial ef<strong>for</strong>ts to<br />

obtain your own markets <strong>and</strong> to negotiate a<br />

voluntary sharing of the existing markets of<br />

other owners in the pool. You should apply to<br />

the ERCB only as a last resort. You should<br />

also continue your ef<strong>for</strong>ts to resolve the matter<br />

on a voluntary basis after filing the application<br />

with the ERCB.<br />

9) A map showing the areas in the pool from<br />

which each purchaser purchases gas or oil<br />

<strong>and</strong> the location of your property.<br />

10) A statement that the proposed common<br />

purchaser purchases, produces, or otherwise<br />

acquires gas or oil, as the case may be, from<br />

the pool containing your property.<br />

11) If appropriate, a statement specifying the<br />

reasons why all the purchasers in the pool are<br />

not being proposed as common purchasers.<br />

12) If you are requesting, pursuant to Section<br />

51(4)(a) of the OGCA, that the ERCB, to<br />

give effect to the common purchaser<br />

declaration, direct the point at which the<br />

common purchaser shall take delivery of gas<br />

offered <strong>for</strong> sale to it,<br />

a) a discussion <strong>and</strong> documentation<br />

indicating what negotiations were carried<br />

out in regard to a delivery point <strong>and</strong><br />

where the impasse lies,<br />
