8. List the name <strong>and</strong> location (Legal Subdivision-Section-Township-Range, Meridian) of the facilities from which the ethane<br />

will be obtained.<br />

Reporting Requirements Associated with an Ethane Removal Permit<br />

A monthly ethane removal permit statement must be completed <strong>for</strong> each permit <strong>and</strong> filed electronically with the ERCB by<br />

midnight on the 28th day of the month following the data month. The data month is the month when the ethane is delivered. If<br />

the 28th is not a business day, the deadline falls on the next business day. The <strong>for</strong>m must be completed <strong>and</strong> filed <strong>for</strong> each<br />

permit even if no ethane has been removed. Detailed reporting instructions are set out in Bulletin 2006-42: <strong>Gas</strong> Removal Data<br />

System Compliance Process, available on the ERCB Web site www.ercb.ca. Questions on reporting may be directed to the<br />
