6. Work a tooth salve thus, min2:le together oversea<br />

8. Again, take elms rind, burn to ashes, mingle the<br />

after that go to bed <strong>and</strong> get warm. For a blotch, take<br />

harts horn, burn to ashes, <strong>and</strong> sulfur, <strong>and</strong> burnt salt<br />

<strong>and</strong> pitch burnt to ashes, <strong>and</strong> so oyster shells, <strong>and</strong><br />

beat sorrel' small, <strong>and</strong> mingle all into a brewit, smear<br />
