or this proposed new pier, if the operator of that facility
doesn't like it, he can call the Coast Guard, and a little guy
like me can get $250,000 fine for being within 1500 feet of
him.
It's like all those tankers down there in Bellingham
Bay that showed up 12 years ago. What the hell? Well, there's
a heck of a lot of good people in here that have spent their
time coming in here not being paid.
There should be an EIS just for the traffic coming in
here. These are people taking their Saturday to come in here
to talk to this.
I'm particularly offended that CH2M Hill has the same
global slogan on their website seeking to employ global
marketing directors that's the same as down there at the union
hall.
