My name is DT Spencer. I'm a retired railroad
conductor for Burlington Northern Santa Fe. I worked in Powder
River Basin for 30 years all told. Retired about four or
five years ago. We got here in Bellingham and -- face the coal
train issue. I had no idea that I'd be this close to involved
in coal trains again after 30 years and trying to get away from
them.
