4 This is bridging 485 ships, some of which are <strong>the</strong><br />

5 largest objects ever created by man, to our community, 485<br />

6 of <strong>the</strong>m, transits in our community.<br />

7 It's bringing a train every hour with four<br />

8 engines in it. That's 100 locomotives every day through our<br />

9 community, and <strong>the</strong>y're burning diesel, which creates a huge<br />

10 amount of pollution.<br />

11 Now, I'm worried about my patients. I'm worried<br />

12 about my family. I've got written comments that summarize<br />

13 most of that.<br />

14 But I want to talk about <strong>the</strong> process with you,<br />

15 and that is, having all <strong>the</strong>se people in this room and a much<br />

16 larger room next door, that want to talk to you that have<br />

17 been given two minutes and limited to 100 people, is<br />

18 unreasonable. You're not bad people, but this is a bad<br />

19 process.<br />

20 And I want to focus on that. You need to listen<br />

21 carefully to <strong>the</strong> people. The people that are here that I<br />

22 know, are scared spitless, okay? And I'm not talking to<br />

23 <strong>the</strong>m. I'm talking to you guys, because you're <strong>the</strong> ones that<br />

24 are here this morning.<br />
