17 worked <strong>for</strong> about 30 years in developing countries to help<br />

18 <strong>the</strong>m increase <strong>the</strong>ir food production.<br />

19 This year <strong>the</strong> production of wheat in Russia<br />

20 dropped by 20 percent; those taken wheat crop by 40 percent<br />

21 with no productions. India suffered a 22 percent less crop<br />

22 resulting in a 7.8 million tons loss <strong>from</strong> constant rice<br />

23 production.<br />

24 Rice production dropped in Cambodia, Korea,<br />

25 and -- (inaudible).
