'80s. I've work <strong>for</strong> Canadian Pacific Railroad as a brakeman<br />

and I started out -- D.C. When I transferred to <strong>the</strong> coast, I<br />

worked out of -- and <strong>the</strong>n I shipped down to -- I worked out of<br />

that coal terminal <strong>the</strong>re. And on <strong>the</strong> engines and on <strong>the</strong><br />

ceiling dust and you're looking down into <strong>the</strong> cars. And <strong>the</strong>y<br />

said that <strong>the</strong>y sprayed <strong>the</strong>m and everything, but we're getting<br />

-- we're getting dust and we're getting it <strong>from</strong> a crew that<br />

came down <strong>from</strong> --<br />

And we're bringing it all <strong>the</strong> way into <strong>the</strong> terminal<br />

<strong>the</strong>re, and <strong>the</strong>re was never anybody <strong>the</strong>re to double check to see<br />

whe<strong>the</strong>r <strong>the</strong>re was anything -- <strong>the</strong>re never was, and I know<br />

because I have parked those trains right <strong>the</strong>re off -- on <strong>the</strong><br />

dumpster. So <strong>the</strong>y -- I went out <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> first time on <strong>the</strong><br />

caboose and saw all <strong>the</strong>se mountains of coal <strong>the</strong>re, you know,<br />

you sit <strong>the</strong>re and you -- <strong>the</strong> windy days, you see it. It's<br />

blowing around and it's just all over in <strong>the</strong> water and <strong>the</strong><br />

surrounding area.<br />

So this is not -- I don't know what you're going to do<br />

when this thing is built, even with <strong>the</strong> buffer zone, after it<br />

kills <strong>the</strong> trees. Then what?<br />
