Once the people in Skagit County/Island County found
out, there was a strong protest. Thank heavens that hasn't
happened.

detrimental environmental disaster, and we are still
experiencing the fall-out coming back across the Pacific Ocean.
This is detrimental.
We are so fortunate to have what we have and be who we
