show that the ad hoc grid becomes less efficient with <strong>in</strong>creased degree <strong>of</strong> neighborhood<br />

<strong>in</strong> completely decentralized approach, due to the excessive messages<br />

be<strong>in</strong>g exchanged. The results also confirmed that an <strong>in</strong>termediate ad hoc grid<br />

<strong>in</strong>frastructure with multiple adaptive matchmakers is preferable <strong>in</strong> a local ad<br />

hoc grid. In future, we will <strong>in</strong>vestigate the resource discovery approaches <strong>in</strong> hybrid<br />

environments for multiple adaptive matchmakers approach, where both the<br />

centralized matchmak<strong>in</strong>g and P2P matchmak<strong>in</strong>g will occur.<br />
