Connect the needle sealline from the AS50 to portS (5) on the injection valve(see Figure B-39).The green waste line that isconnected to port W (6) onthe injection valve (seeFigure B-39) is connectedwith a union to a Teflonwaste line (seeFigure B-40) and routedthrough the tubing chase tothe ICS-1000 rear panel.5. Disconnect the greenwaste line (labeled AS50TRAY) from the union androute the line to the driptray in the autosamplercompartment.You can either leave thedisconnected Teflon wasteline and union in thetubing chase, or pull theline out from the front.Figure B-39.
