Installation TroubleshootingB.23 Installation TroubleshootingProblem: When the ICS-1000 power is turned on for the first time, a Windowsmessage box appears asking for a USB configuration file (cmwdmusb.inf).Possible Cause: The USB cable was connected and the power turned on beforeChromeleon was installed.Solutions:Use one of the methods below to resolve the problem:• Click the Cancel button on the Windows message box. Turn off the ICS-1000power and unplug the USB cable. Then, install Chromeleon, reconnect theUSB cable and turn on the ICS-1000 power. Windows will now automaticallyrecognize the new USB device.• Leave the message box open and insert the Chromeleon CD into the CD-ROM drive. Click the Browse button on the message dialog box.
