� Headed the business development department, for a real estate project valued at US$108m, based in Dubai, by developing and<br />
implementing strategic marketing and a business development plan, at corporate level, resulting in effective roll-out <strong>of</strong> this new project within<br />
three months.<br />
� Formulated sales and distribution strategies to drive business, by identifying and maintaining relationships with key international property<br />
consultants and motivating the sales team <strong>of</strong> five, resulting in 200% growth in sales over a period <strong>of</strong> twelve months.<br />
� Responsible for statutory compliance by developing and maintaining a good relationship with the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Body,<br />
