Key Achievements
Led the �Education Support Project�, which resulted in 165 undergraduate students from Western Kazakhstan receiving partial or full financial
support in pursuit of higher education from Maersk Oil.
Delivered Maersk Oil's �Values Seminars��to more than 250 employees in four locations, which involved collaboration with consulting agencies and
Maersk Oil's senior management. Annual Employees Engagement Survey results showed that 94% of employees lived up to the corporate values.
Organised social events (commemoration of personal achievements, other celebrations, sports competitions, picnics for over 150) and corporate
citizenship projects (support of orphanages and local community), which boosted staff morale and promoted teamwork.
