AB InBev: Campus Ambassador - <strong>Cranfield</strong>, UK (Oct 2009 - Nov 2009)<br />

AB InBev is one <strong>of</strong> the world�s top five consumer products companies with a business spanning 30 countries, standing in the number<br />

one or number two position in over 20 key markets and with a combined annual revenue exceeding �26bn.<br />

� Attended an open weekend in Leuven, Belgium, after being appointed as campus ambassador, to meet all key directors and senior<br />

managers, gaining a feel for the business and its values. This is the first year the campus ambassador programme has been in effect.<br />

� Encouraging students using social media such as Facebook to apply for the management trainee programme and identifying talent, is a key<br />

part <strong>of</strong> the role.<br />

� Maintain contact with student groups and the respective careers representatives, delivering short in-class presentations on behalf <strong>of</strong><br />

ABInBev to three MSc cohorts: Finance & <strong>Management</strong>, Strategic Marketing and Logistics and Supply Chain, in total over 200 students.<br />

EM-�������������������������- Warsaw (Mar 2006 - Aug 2006)<br />

EM-Capital a Stockholm based venture capital firm today owned by HQ Bank a main investment bank in Sweden.<br />

� Tasked to development and implement, as project manager, an on and <strong>of</strong>f-line market strategy along with general management and sales<br />

functions. The role required managing a team <strong>of</strong> five and cultivating a relationship with several marketing agencies.<br />

� Negotiated with major information portals and television broadcasting channels and collaborated with multiple stakeholders in the venture.<br />

As a team managed to face inconsistent guidelines and started the campaign with a reception for celebrities, followed by a BTL marketing<br />

campaign.<br />

� Acquired strategic partners such as Interia.pl and Polsat alongside establishing company structure and customer base.<br />

Securia: Junior Account Manager - Warsaw (Jun 2005 - Feb 2006)<br />

Securia is the main provider <strong>of</strong> personal security solutions in Sweden with over 3m customers worldwide.<br />

� Developed the business by attaining new customer accounts by attending meetings, business mixers and other networking events.<br />

� Conducted sales training sessions for new sales executives, encompassing account selection, lead generation and prospecting. Used own<br />

business network to bring on board new customers.<br />

� Acquired and managed major greenfield account as Assa Abloy, Axalux and B2B Poker with highest acquisition value for a single new<br />

customer account, resulting in �30k <strong>of</strong> new business.<br />

�������������������������- Warsaw (Sep 2004 - May 2005)<br />

Privately founded online poker venture.<br />

� Founded and managed an on-line play money poker project from scratch, involving own funds and inspiring other individuals to join the<br />

project.<br />

� Established company structure and managed a team <strong>of</strong> four, mainly in IT production using technologies as PHP, Actionscript with Flash and<br />

MY SQL database.<br />

� Gained valuable knowledge <strong>of</strong> the start-up process along with contacts in the online industry, acquired strategic partners as gry-online, epuls.pl<br />

and o2.pl. The project was sold to a private investor for �10k.<br />
