Fourth largest fragrance and flavour manufacturer in the world with a turnover <strong>of</strong> �1.3bn, supplier to leading FMCG companies.<br />
� Managed highly effective team <strong>of</strong> two assistants and one intern, growing the product portfolio. Drove sales growth by using strong<br />
interpersonal skills, working in cross functional teams and establishing strong relationships with the sales team across four categories; fine<br />
fragrance +30%, haircare +16%, cosmetics +10% and deodorant +26% 2007/2008 year on year value growth.<br />
� Created new personal care product ideas through analysing market trends, presented these to key customers such as Beiersdorf, Johnson<br />
& Johnson, Henkel and LG to gain new project briefs. Successful examples include styling shampoo for Beiersdorf's Slek range, traditional<br />
Chinese medicine applications to modern products e.g. Nivea face creams, a good-night shower gel for Slek and 'Lohas' lifestyle concept<br />

innovative marketing support for the customer 2007-2009.<br />
� Lead marketer for personal care product portfolio, worked in cross functional teams with sales, product evaluation and perfumers to help<br />
win projects with key account customers. Won the new Estee Lauder �Ying -Yang��product range supply contract (due to be launched in<br />
2010), through strong marketing communications and fragrance concept support (2009). Also created a variety <strong>of</strong> fragrance experience<br />

� Organised fragrance collection library with over 1000 samples.<br />
� Selected the winning fragrance for the No 1 leading detergent powder in China (volume share), additional business worth �2m, 2006.<br />
