Being a global leader in the sporting goods industry, the adidas Group has been part <strong>of</strong> the world <strong>of</strong> sports on every level for over 80 years,<br />

delivering state-<strong>of</strong>-the-art sports footwear, apparel and accessories.<br />

� Conducted advertising analysis for an adidas TV campaign, in cooperation with the Market Intelligence Manager and Business <strong>Development</strong><br />

department <strong>of</strong> adidas AG and a team <strong>of</strong> 24 students from the University <strong>of</strong> Passau. Evaluated the results <strong>of</strong> a self-designed online<br />

questionnaire completed by approximately 1500 people <strong>of</strong> the Federal Republic <strong>of</strong> Germany. The Resulting report described the method <strong>of</strong><br />

collecting data, as well as, results <strong>of</strong> the analysis.<br />

� Led and supervised five members <strong>of</strong> the statistical analysis and evaluation team by allocating duties, setting deadlines and milestones and<br />

verifying the results ensuring a pr<strong>of</strong>essional analysis <strong>of</strong> the survey results.<br />

� Trained the five statistical analysis team members, by explaining how SPSS worked and the steps that needed to be taken in the process,<br />

allowing apportioning <strong>of</strong> statistical work to the team.<br />

� Hired 16 new members as aspirants at the beginning <strong>of</strong> the fiscal year, after having interviewed approximately 100 students with the support<br />

<strong>of</strong> other members <strong>of</strong> the HR department, to ensure a talent pipeline within the organisation.<br />

� Motivated members through managing INSTEAD's reward system, which allocates a certain number <strong>of</strong> points for fulfilling specific tasks<br />

within the organisation such as, training <strong>of</strong> other members and recognising achievements, awarding prizes according to their performance.<br />

SPSS Syntax programmes and SPSS data sets for data input, to enhance the process <strong>of</strong> data evaluation.<br />
