Mothercare UK Ltd: International Range Merchandise Assistant -���������������������������- ����������<br />
One <strong>of</strong> the market leaders in mother and baby care employing around 5,000 employees in the UK.<br />
� Delivered support to international strategy, by keeping up-to-date Excel reports, using Phoenix s<strong>of</strong>tware and JDA, to analyse stock levels<br />
and pricing. This was achieved by tracking and analysing stock in order to maximise on-time delivery <strong>of</strong> franchise orders, as well as<br />
providing a high level <strong>of</strong> customer service. This resulted in achieving the department targets, as well as retaining customer satisfaction.<br />
� Liaised regularly with international suppliers (A&J, MCS and Blues), regarding factors which affected the companies targets, with downturn<br />

programme and the achievement <strong>of</strong> targets.<br />
� Maintained up-to-date information, which required a level <strong>of</strong> diplomacy and good relationship skills with staff, in order to acquire the relevant<br />

candidate being <strong>of</strong>fered the position.<br />
� Maintained staff records by keeping detailed information <strong>of</strong> every employee, developing an understanding <strong>of</strong> ethics, which made it easier at<br />
the time <strong>of</strong> performance reviews and identifying areas for development.<br />
