<strong>Career</strong> History:<br />

Agricultural Bank <strong>of</strong> China: Internship - China (Jan 2009 - ����������<br />

One <strong>of</strong> China's 'big four' banks and a Fortune 500 organisation 2009, providing financial services on a very large scale.<br />

� Quickly grasped the operating procedures <strong>of</strong> day-to-day business in the bank through observing and liaising with colleagues. Gained an<br />

understanding <strong>of</strong> how to resolve issues and where to go and who to approach in the bank. Efficiently tackled customers' requests and<br />

demands through good communication and active inquiries, using banking knowledge to propose the best solution. This enhanced efficiency<br />

and improved customer satisfaction.<br />

� Through face-to-face dialogue with an important business client (Nantong Chemical and Light Industry Co Limited, NCLI) assisted<br />

communications and the relationship between bank and clients was strengthened. Demands were met on both sides and NCLI sales<br />

revenue was expected to increase from RMB8.425bn in 2008.<br />

Broadcast Station <strong>of</strong> Wuhan University: Editor - China (Oct 2006 - Jan 2008)<br />

Official student radio station, <strong>of</strong>fering daily broadcasts to the campus. Wuhan University is in the Top 10 <strong>of</strong> Universities in China.<br />

There are about 4,000 students on campus.<br />

� Produced a programme called 'Sports Carnival', which involved researching and drafting the sports news, and selecting and making<br />

comments on hot topics as Editor. Collaborated with hosts and technicians, which ensured high quality <strong>of</strong> each programme. Used excellent<br />

research skills to locate stories for broadcast which were very popular.<br />

� Communicated original and innovative ideas with colleagues to restructure the programme in both form and content. Added more<br />

comments on hot issues and more special topics, such as sports gossip, to make programmes more fun. This diversified the programme,<br />

spreading the interest and knowledge <strong>of</strong> various sports on campus.<br />

�����������������������- China (Nov 2005)<br />

Urban Survival is one <strong>of</strong> the most popular activities in Wuhan University, and attracted wide attention from Chinese mass media, such<br />

as Changjiang Daily and Sina (Sina is China's biggest online media outlet).<br />

� Acquired sponsorship <strong>of</strong> RMB3,000 from the Pudong <strong>Development</strong> Bank by negotiating with its card promotions department. Used the good<br />

relationship built during a part-time job there and achieved the largest single contribution through sponsorship, which guaranteed the<br />

success and development <strong>of</strong> the project.<br />
