Agricultural Bank of China: Internship - China (Jan 2009 - ����������
One of China's 'big four' banks and a Fortune 500 organisation 2009, providing financial services on a very large scale.
� Quickly grasped the operating procedures of day-to-day business in the bank through observing and liaising with colleagues. Gained an
understanding of how to resolve issues and where to go and who to approach in the bank. Efficiently tackled customers' requests and
demands through good communication and active inquiries, using banking knowledge to propose the best solution. This enhanced efficiency
and improved customer satisfaction.
� Through face-to-face dialogue with an important business client (Nantong Chemical and Light Industry Co Limited, NCLI) assisted
communications and the relationship between bank and clients was strengthened. Demands were met on both sides and NCLI sales
revenue was expected to increase from RMB8.425bn in 2008.
Broadcast Station of Wuhan University: Editor - China (Oct 2006 - Jan 2008)
Official student radio station, offering daily broadcasts to the campus. Wuhan University is in the Top 10 of Universities in China.
There are about 4,000 students on campus.
� Produced a programme called 'Sports Carnival', which involved researching and drafting the sports news, and selecting and making
comments on hot topics as Editor. Collaborated with hosts and technicians, which ensured high quality of each programme. Used excellent
research skills to locate stories for broadcast which were very popular.
� Communicated original and innovative ideas with colleagues to restructure the programme in both form and content. Added more
comments on hot issues and more special topics, such as sports gossip, to make programmes more fun. This diversified the programme,
spreading the interest and knowledge of various sports on campus.

Urban Survival is one of the most popular activities in Wuhan University, and attracted wide attention from Chinese mass media, such
as Changjiang Daily and Sina (Sina is China's biggest online media outlet).
� Acquired sponsorship of RMB3,000 from the Pudong Development Bank by negotiating with its card promotions department. Used the good
relationship built during a part-time job there and achieved the largest single contribution through sponsorship, which guaranteed the
success and development of the project.
