White Truck Consulting Limited: Project Manager -�Nigeria (Feb 2007 - Aug 2009)<br />
A consultancy firm actively involved in organising in-house management seminars for top organisations in Africa.<br />
� Provided a full range <strong>of</strong> training and consultancy services to an SME, supported by a team <strong>of</strong> two client services co-ordinators. Organised,<br />
planned and monitored a bespoke training session relating to a corporate turn-around for 10 key staff, reporting directly to the CEO <strong>of</strong> the<br />
client organisation.<br />
� Co-ordinated activities closely with the functional managers in the operations group with a team <strong>of</strong> 10 staff with the sponsor. Executed<br />
property transactions and the consequential agreements, leases, conveyances and management <strong>of</strong> properties.<br />

� Represented multiple corporate clients successfully in resolutions involving land and property disputes, acting as the contact point for<br />
opposing counsel, court staff and third party creditors, working closely with a clerk and secretary. This work involved in-depth research <strong>of</strong><br />
clients��issues and a confidence necessary to put forward and represent the client in court.<br />

� Conducted research on alternative dispute resolution in a new legal development in 19 states across Nigeria, with a view to its application in<br />
the country.<br />
� Assembled and conducted pre-session meetings between disputing parties, as well as facilitating mediation and arbitration sessions by<br />
preparing preliminary schedules and pre-session charts, allowing both parties to understand the procedures clearly.<br />
� Acted as a facilitator in shuttle diplomacy, resolving disputes between parties, whilst summarising pertinent issues in each case for<br />
presentation to the neutrals, ultimately deciding which resolution to take.<br />
