� Resolving customer problems inside the store, which necessitated good relationship skills, turning a possible complaint into a sale.
� Responsible for the inventory control of the menswear section and compiling a detailed and accurate order sheet to send to the head office.
� Worked closely with the store manager assisting in the fitting out and logistics of the new warehouse, which took one month to complete
and involved logistic analyses for maximisation of capacity and efficiency.
Greek Armed Forces: National Service Corporal - SSAS Thessaloniki, Greece (Nov 2007 - Nov 2008)
Responsible for the daily scheduling of guard duty for the military base with a capacity for 60 soldiers.

� Effectively managed and co-ordinated day to day activities of the administration as the corporal of platoon, working on the daily organisation
and deployment of men for specific duties around the base.
� Worked with the commander on improvements to hygiene standards and living conditions, which included speaking with suppliers regarding
