Work Plan Table
The budget includes funding for one full-time Scientist and four 26-week
Conservation Aides to restore 11 species of diadromous fish to the Penobscot. The
Scientist will schedule, supervise, and participate in all work related to the
restoration for these species. Tasks include counts of upstream diadromous
migrants at Milford from May 1 – July 15, alewife stocking between May 1 and June
15, obtaining shad broodstock and stocking fry from June 1 – July 31, and weekly
beach seine survey from July 15 – September 30. Budget is estimated for 2010-
2014.
