KECSKEMÉT
Kecskemét as a town with county rights plays a significant role in the economic and cultural life of
the country. Its community is characterized by strong cohesion, a base created by grape-growing.
Although it has been mentioned as a town since the 14th century, the buildings determining the
picture of the town today were built in the time of the millennium. The Czifrapalota (Gaud Palace),
the House of Science and Technology, and the stately building of the Town Hall were built by then.
KECSKEMÉT
Kecskemét spielt als Stadt mit Komitatsrecht eine bedeutende wirtschaftliche und kulturelle
Rolle im Leben des Landes. Für die Einwohner ist starker Zusammenhalt charakteristisch,
dessen Grundlage der Weinbau bildet. Obwohl Kecskemét schon im 14. Jahrhundert als Stadt
erwähnt wurde, sind die das heutige Stadtbild prägenden Gebäude um 1900 gebaut worden,
z.B. das Czifra-Palais, das Haus der Wissenschaft und Technik und auch das imposante Rathaus.
KECSKEMÉT
Kecskemét svolge un notevole ruolo economico e culturale nella vita della nazione come città capoluogo di
regione. Qui è forte la solidarietà, caratteristica della comunità, la cui base è stata creata dalla viticultura.
Anche se viene menzionata come città già dal XIV° secolo, gli edifici che determinano l’odierno aspetto
urbano sono stati edificati nel periodo di fine secolo tra ‘800 e ‘900. Allora vennero costruiti il Czifrapalota
(Palazzo Decorato), la Casa della Scienza e della Tecnica e l’imponente Municipio.

Kecskemét, mint megyei jogú város jelentős gazdasági és kulturális szerepet játszik az ország
életében. Közösségére jellemző az erős összetartás, melynek alapját a szőlőművelés teremette
meg. Bár a XIV. századtól városként említik a mai városképet meghatározó épületek a millenniumi
évforduló időszakában épültek. Ekkorra épült fel a Czifrapalota, a Tudomány és Technika Háza
és az impozáns városháza is.
