Click the Circle button on the Draw panel.<br />

Select the center point of the slot end cap<br />

<strong>and</strong> create a circle of 4 mm radius.<br />

Click in the curved slot region <strong>and</strong> move the<br />

pointer backward; the message, “Specify<br />

extrusion height or [Multiple]:” appears in<br />

the <strong>com</strong>m<strong>and</strong> line.<br />

Select the Multiple option from the<br />

<strong>com</strong>m<strong>and</strong> line <strong>and</strong> click in the region<br />

enclosed by the two vertical lines.<br />

Click Home > Modify > Array drop-down ><br />

Path Array on the ribbon.<br />

Select the circle created in the previous step<br />

<strong>and</strong> press ENTER.<br />

Select the arc as the path curve; the preview<br />

of the path array is displayed.<br />

Right-click <strong>and</strong> move the pointer<br />

backwards. Type 12 in the dynamic input<br />

box <strong>and</strong> press ENTER.<br />

In the Array Creation tab, set the Between<br />

value to 25 in the Items panel; the item<br />

count is automatically adjusted.<br />

Click the Close Array button on the ribbon;<br />

the polar array is created.<br />

Press <strong>and</strong> hold the CTRL key <strong>and</strong> select the<br />

front face of the slot <strong>and</strong> move the pointer<br />

forward. Type 4 in the dynamic input box<br />

<strong>and</strong> press ENTER.<br />

Set the Sketch layer as current.<br />
