On the ribbon, click Insert > Block
Definition > Create Block.
On Authoring Palettes, click the Actions tab
On the Block Definition dialog, type-in
and select the Stretch command.
Window in the Name box.
Click the Select Objects button and select all
the elements of the window by dragging a
selection window.
