Using Object Snap Tracking<br />

Object Snap tracking is the movement of pointer<br />

along the trace lines originating from the keypoints<br />

of objects. Object Snap Tracking works only when<br />

the Object Snap mode is turned on. In the following<br />

example, you will learn to use Object Snap Tracking<br />

for creating objects.<br />

Move the pointer <strong>and</strong> place it on the<br />

endpoint of the lower horizontal line.<br />

Example:<br />

Select the Object Snap Tracking button<br />

from the Status bar.<br />

Move the pointer vertically upward; you<br />

will notice the trace line, as shown below.<br />

Open the Drafting Settings dialog <strong>and</strong> click<br />

Click on the trace line to create an inclined<br />

the Object Snap tab.<br />
