GPRS Settings<br />

In order to generate a GPRS outgoing communication, the user must choose "GPRS" in the Connection type field from the Outgoing Calls<br />

config part from the Dial Up Configuration page, see chapter “Primary & secondary servers” on page 40.<br />

Notes:<br />

• Each part of the GPRS configuration can be enabled or not.<br />

• If your GPRS provider requires authentication when login in the GPRS network, the login and password must be entered in the Dial<br />

Up Configuration page, see chapter “Primary & secondary servers” on page 40.<br />

• Some network operators use authentication to identify the mobile phone connecting to their GPRS network.<br />

PDP context definition<br />

Access Point Name (APN)<br />

Packet Data Protocol Context<br />

Must be enabled in order to use GPRS connection.<br />

Enter the Internet address of your access point.<br />

Contact your GSM service provider to know your APN.<br />
