Depreciati<strong>on</strong>: Depreciati<strong>on</strong> is the gradual and permanent decrease in the ec<strong>on</strong>omic value<br />

of the capital stock of a firm, nati<strong>on</strong> or other entity, either through physical<br />

depreciati<strong>on</strong>, obsolescence or changes in the demand for the services of the capital<br />

in questi<strong>on</strong>.<br />

Income: Income is the c<strong>on</strong>sumpti<strong>on</strong> and savings opportunity gained by an entity within a<br />

specified time frame, which is generally expressed in m<strong>on</strong>etary terms.<br />

Interest: Interest is a fees paid <strong>on</strong> borrowed assets. It is the price paid for the use of<br />

borrowed m<strong>on</strong>ey or m<strong>on</strong>ey earned <strong>on</strong> deposited funds.<br />

Labor: Labour is a measure of the work d<strong>on</strong>e by human beings.<br />

Liability: Liability is defined as an obligati<strong>on</strong> of an entity arising from past transacti<strong>on</strong>s<br />

or events, the settlement of which may result in the transfer or use of assets,<br />

provisi<strong>on</strong> of services or other yielding of ec<strong>on</strong>omic benefits in the future.<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>Resource</str<strong>on</strong>g>: A resource is any physical or virtual entity of limited availability that needs to<br />

be c<strong>on</strong>sumed to obtain a benefit from it.<br />

Supply: Supply is the amount of some product which is available to customers.<br />
