ANOMALIE E RIMEDI
In caso di mal funzionamento dell’impianto, verificare quanto riportato nella seguente tabella.
Se, dopo le verifiche ed i controlli suggeriti non si risolve il problema, contattare l’assistenza tecnica autorizzata.

PROBLEMA
• Non funziona
• Non c'è né aria calda, né aria fredda
• I comandi non funzionano
• Non si attiva immediatamente
• Si sente un odore strano
• Si sente il rumore dell'acqua che scorre
• Si sente un crepitio
• Un velo di vapore esce dallo scarico
• L'indicatore del compressore (rosso) è sempre acceso e il ventilatore
interno si ferma.
MOTIVO
• Il dispositivo di protezione o il fusibile è bruciato.
• Attendere per 3 minuti e riavviare nuovamente, il dispositivo di
protezione potrebbe impedire al climatizzatore di attivarsi.
• La spina non è inserita correttamente.
• Le batterie del telecomando sono scariche.
• Il filtro dell'aria è sporco?
• Le prese e gli scarichi del climatizzatore sono bloccati?
• La temperatura è impostata correttamente?
• Se vi sono forti interferenze (scariche di elettricità statiche, tensione
di alimentazione anomala) il funzionamento non sarà corretto. In
questo caso, scollegare l'alimentazione elettrica e ricollegarla dopo
alcuni secondi.
• Si è cambiata la modalità durante il funzionamento. E' necessario
attendere 3 minuti.
• L'odore potrebbe provenire da un'altra fonte: mobilio, sigaretta, ecc
che viene aspirata nel climatizzatore e soffiata nell'aria.
• E' causato dal flusso di refrigerante nel climatizzatore, non è un
problema.
• E' lo sbrinamento nella modalità riscaldamento.
• Il suono potrebbe essere generato dall'espansione o contrazione del
pannello frontale per il cambiamento della temperatura..
• Il vapore compare quando l'aria dell'ambiente diventa molto fredda
per lo scarico di aria fredda dall'unità interna nelle modalità
RAFFREDDAMENTO o DEUMIDIFICAZIONE.
• Il climatizzatore sta passando dalla modalità riscaldamento a quella
di sbrinamento. L'indicatore si spegne entro dieci minuti e ritorna alla
modalità riscaldamento.
TROUBLESHOOTING

If, after making the suggested inspections and controls, the problem has not been remedied, contact the authorised after-sales service.

• Does not operate immediately
• Peculiar odor
• A sound of flowing water
• Cracking sound is heard
• Spray mist from the outlet
• The compressor indicator(red) lights on constantly, and indoor fan
stops.
ANALYSIS
• If the protector trip or fuse is blown.
• Please wait for 3 minutes and start again, protector device may be
preventing unit to work.
• If the plug is not properly plugged.
• If batteries in the remote controller exhausted.
• Is the air filter dirty?
• Are the intakes and outlets of the air conditioner blocked?
• Is the temperature set properly?
• If strong interference(from excessive static electricity discharge,
power supply voltage abnormality)presents, operation will be
abnormal. At this time, disconnect from the power supply and
connect back 2-3 seconds later.
• Changing mode during operation, 3 minutes will delay.
• This odor may come from another source such as furniture, cigarette
etc, which is sucked in the unit and blows out with the air.
• Caused by the flow of refrigerant in the air conditioner, not a trouble.
• Defrosting sound in heating mode.
• The sound may be generated by the expansion or contraction of the
front panel due to change of temperature.
• Mist appears when the room air becomes very cold because of cool
air discharged from indoor unit during COOLING or DRY operation
mode.
• The unit is shifting from heating mode to defrost. The indicator will
lights off within ten minutes and returns to heating mode.
