9) EVENEMENTS POSTERIEURS A LA CLOTURECréation de nouvelles sociétés et partenariatsTout en poursuivant son adaptation à l’environnement économique rendu incertain par lacrise en cours, le Groupe est resté attentif aux opportunités de croissance et de partenariatsusceptibles de renforcer son développement.Ainsi, les opérations suivantes ont été réalisées depuis le 1er janvier 2010 :- En France, création d’une joint-venture permettant de mettre les compétences d’AltenSIR en commun avec un partenaire apportant son expertise en matière de pilotage deprojet, conception et mise en œuvre de tests applicatifs. Alten détient 51% de la sociétéen joint-venture.- En France, prise de participation à hauteur de 19% dans la société Phoebe Ingenicapour répondre de manière globale aux besoins des principaux industriels de l’énergie.- En Inde, création de la filiale Alten India, détenue à 100%, destinée à prendre en chargedes projets offshore, dans le cadre des stratégies de délocalisation et d’offset decertains clients majeurs du Groupe.Contrôle URSSAFLa société Alten fait actuellement l’objet d’un contrôle URSSAF.- 190 -
