Annexe 1Conditions requisespour le Document statistique ICCAT Thon obèse1. Le modèle de Document Statistique ICCAT Thon obèse doit être identique à celui qui figure en Appendice.2. Les autorités douanières ou toute autre autorité compétente solliciteront et inspecteront toute ladocumentation d’importation, y compris le Document Statistique ICCAT Thon obèse, concernant tout lethon obèse de la cargaison. Ces autorités peuvent également inspecter le contenu de toute cargaison pourvérifier l’information décrite dans le document.3. Seuls des documents complets et valides garantiront l’admission des cargaisons de thon obèse sur leterritoire des Parties contractantes.4. Les cargaisons de thon obèse accompagnées de Documents Statistiques Thon obèse incorrectement remplis(c’est-à-dire que le Document Statistique thon obèse soit est absent de la cargaison, soit est incomplet,invalide ou falsifié) seront considérées comme des cargaisons illégitimes de thon obèse, contraires auxefforts de conservation de l’ICCAT, et leur admission sur le territoire d’une Partie contractante serasuspendue (SOUS RÉSERVE DE LA PRÉSENTATION D’UN DOCUMENT DÛMENT REMPLI) ousujette à une sanction administrative ou autre.5. L'importation de segments de poissons autres que la chair (c'est-à-dire la tête, les yeux, la laitance, lesviscères, la queue) peut être autorisée sans le document.206
